■Cancellation policy

Cancellations after a reservation has been confirmed may incur a cancellation fee, and we may also restrict your use of our services.

Regarding cancellation fees [for reservations for seats only]

Sunday to Thursday: A fee of 3,000 yen (per person) will be charged for cancellations made from 0:00 AM three days prior to your visit.

Friday and Saturday: A fee of 3,000 yen (per person) will be charged for reservations made from 0:00 AM 7 days prior to your visit.

For cancellations or changes in the number of people after the deadline, please contact the store directly by phone.

*Room usage is limited to 2 hours per day.
